1. What is the Creed Rosary Lifetime Guarantee? All Creed items carry a Lifetime Guarantee from defects in material and workmanship. At any time throughout your life should a Creed rosary come apart due to defects in material or workmanship, Creed will repair the defect for free. 2. What if my rosary arrives damaged or I discover later on a defect? Contact us by email or telephone (1-409-515-3913) and we will issue a return authorization number and give you details how to ship back to the manufacturer for a replacement rosary or repair of the defect. You will need to pay shipping to Creed (sorry, but Creed does not reimburse shipping to them or us), but they will cover the shipping back to you of your replacement. No rosary return will be accepted without a return authorization number. If you do encounter a problem, do not worry, we are dedicated to making your shopping experience with us a pleasure, and will do everything in our power to see you delighted with your special rosary. 3. What if I acidentally break the rosary or damage it? What is your refund policy? That would be a sad day indeed; however, this is not covered under the Creed Lifetime Guarantee, as the damage was not a result of any defects in material and/or workmanship. However, the manufacturer may authorize repairs for a fee for cost and labor. Email us to obtain a quote on a repair. Cost is parts and labor, and shipping. As each rosary is made to order, and is a custom-made handcrafted rosary, all sales are finale; however, each rosary is covered by a lifetime guarantee from defects in material and workmanship. As a dealer of Creed we are authorized to obtain repairs for rosaries purchased directly from us. If you purchased your Creed rosary elsewhere, you need to contact the dealer you bought your rosary from to obtain a return authorization from the manufacturer. 4. What if I want a different center on another web page on your site not available on the web page of the rosary I wish to purchase? No problem. You will find every center available when you click the Add To Cart of the rosary you want to buy. It doesn't matter if the center you want is on another web page of our web site, Creed-Rosaries.com, you may select that one for your rosary. No extra charges apply. If you find the crucifix or center listed as an option on that rosary's Shopping Cart webpage found after you click its Add To Cart, then it is available for you to choose for that rosary. The only exception is the 14KT gold crucifixes and centers selections do not have as wide of a selection, but, none-the-less, still have quite a variety to choose from.. You may use any sterling silver or 22Kt gold over sterling center on your sterling or 22Kt gold over sterling rosary; the same applies to the crucifixes. Patron saint centers are also available. 5. Do you have a cancellation policy? Unfortunately, due to the custom-made nature of any rosary purchased from our store online, once your order is submitted to Creed manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled. Any rosary you order from our webstore is submitted to Creed manufacturer, sometimes almost immediately after you submit it. At the time of receipt, the manufacturer commissions one of its many rosary artisans to handcraft your rosary, and your rosary may actually be handcrafted within an hour of placing your order. This means that the Creed manufacturer artisan took all the required rosary parts, and then following your request, handcrafted your rosary with the beads, center and crucifix you selected. Since any rosary you order is handcrafted especially for you, the manufacturer requires compensation for the special labor, and the rosary parts used just to make your order. Disassembling a completed or semi-completed rosary renders the parts useless as undoing links weakens the metals where they may break, which is why cancellations or refunds on custom orders are not accepted. Disassembled rosary wire is unusable and wasted. If you are undecided about the style of rosary you want, visit a local Creed dealer where you may view the rosaries in person. Ordering from us is to commission the manufacturer to handcraft a rosary just for you. The plus side of commissioning a custom rosary through our store is the rosary you receive is brand new, never a used item or returned item, or an item that has been long on the shelf. The negative side is you cannot order on speculation or without commitment, then expect to cancel or return the rosary if you change your mind for whatever reason. We do not stock any rosaries and only sell Creed rosaries made to order. Therefore, if you buy from our online store, the Creed factory goes to work specifically for you to handcraft the rosary you want, with the parts you select, including even casting on demand the medal/crucifix/center you want. 6. How long will it take for me to get my rosary? If you order a sterling silver or 22KT gold over sterling rosary, it takes 3-5 working days to handcraft. Your rosary will be made by hand upon order. 14KT gold rosary requires 5-10 working days as the crucifixes and centers are cast upon order. Your rosary will be shipped by UPS Ground, which may take 4-10 working days to arrive to you, in addition to the 3 to 5 days required to handcraft. Of course, if you selected a different method of shipment, such as Express, the amount of shipping time will be reduced. Sometimes your rosary may ship even the same day of your order, however, we have no control or cannot anticipate how fast your rosary will ship out. Generally speaking, however, you may expect your rosary to ship within 3 business days, and then add on the additional time required for the method of delivery you have chosen. Express shipping is available for an additional charge and you may choose that option upon checking out after adding the rosary to your shopping cart.. 7. Will I be charged sales tax? By law we are required to charge sales tax to all residents of Louisiana. All other states are exempt. 8. Is your shopping cart secure? Yes, our shopping cart uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Web connections. Any billing and shipping information you enter is transmitted to us encrypted. Your privacy and security are completely assured. 9. Do you have a phone where I can submit my credit card info? Absolutely. If we are unable to answer live, just leave your name and number in our automated voice mail system and we'll return your call to take your order. Telephone us at 1-409-515-3913. Although we may return your call immediately, or even answer promptly, please be patient and allow us up to 24 hours to return your call. Naturally, we strive to respond as quickly as possible, often within minutes or a couple of hours at most, but as we are short staffed there are rare times it may take up to 24 hours. However, we are knowledgeable about the Creed religious line and when you speak with us, you will be receiving our expert assistance, which you will not receive from stores that rely on untrained answering service operators to answer their phones round the clock, operators whom may not even be Catholic or have any understanding of a rosary in general. 10. If I place an order, will you share my information with others? Absolutely not. We never share, rent or give out any of your information. 11. Will you bombard my email with sales offers? We rarely mail out any notices, and if we do, we give you the option in each email to opt out. Primarily we need your email in order to send you an email confirmation of your order. Your email, along with your order information, will not be given or shared with anyone. Please be advised that your isp may block delivery of our order confirmation to you, or automatically send it to your SPAM folder. Check your SPAM folder if you do not received our automatic receipt. However, we are not responsible if your isp fails to deliver our confirmation email. We strongly suggest you print out the online receipt that occurs at the end of your placing your order, as that may be the only reference of your order number you receive if your isp does not allow our confirmation to go through. If you have any doubts on the transmission of your order, email us with your order number, and we will reply. but again if your isp does not allow any of our emails to go through, even that may not work.
